2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made on nagomiritual.com. By placing an order you accept them. The contract is concluded in Spanish; this English version is provided for your convenience.

3. Products

We describe each product as accurately as possible. Photographs are for guidance only, and the colour of the glass or the box may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.

5. How to buy

Add the products to your cart, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

6. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store your card details.

7. Shipping

Delivery times and shipping zones are explained in the Shipping Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, subject to the legal exceptions. The procedure is explained in the Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If a product arrives faulty or does not match what you ordered, write to us and we will put it right.

10. Product use

Cosmetic care product for external use on dogs and cats. Follow the instructions on the packaging. Not for human consumption. Keep out of the reach of children. If you notice irritation, stop using it and consult your veterinarian. We are not liable for any use other than that indicated.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
